APPLICATION FOR FRE ENROLLMENT TEST

A). GENERAL INFORMATION:

All the students enrolling for the first time with FODE must do the PET (Pre Enrollment Test).
You must pay K75 to do the Test.
You sit the Test only AFTER you have completed this form and paid the fee.
The PET is made up of one paper containing 50 English and 50 Mathematics Questions and it is two (2) hours long (1 hour for the English Paper and 1 hour for the Mathematics Paper).
If you past the Test, you may enroll to study with FODE and if you fail, you will need to resit the Test sometimes later.
Your Answer Sheet will be corrected at the Provincial Center. Please, check your results. SEE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR FODE STUDIES
